One of my favorite passion is to taste people’s culture and food after having roamed all the world in my LX 2012 Grenser Boat. To add enjoyment to your weekend, there’s nothing better than tasting a new dish in an open air cafe or restaurant surrounded by a spectacular view of nature. My personal collection of chicken recipes has got me on a lot of TV shows and even on the Guinness book of records.
When I visit a restaurant, I invariably check out back of the house and the head chef. It requires a lot of ideas and strategies to convince and get him to open the deep secrets.
I realized much later that the cat was out of the bag. I always liked chicken breast recipes in the way they do it in some Brazilian cuisines. Chicken breast grilled with BBQ sauce on the sale of wine with a touch of Indian spices and French, piperias base with samba music is exotic literally
I would rate Mexico and Florida in USA a close second. Thailand, Vietnam and China led me to an abundance of chicken wing recipes. First it is marinated in Indian herbs, spices and curds, then it is deep fried in soya oil.
The KFC kind of crusty one is a different dish. Here they get the crusty effect by using dried and crushed prawns and corn flakes. Sweet and spicy both varieties can be found. Cold drinks go well with the spicy tandoori delicacies of India.
A hot served dish laced with a lot of oil and a lime squeezed over it can activate all the taste buds. These are better tried in North India at the local road side hotels (Dhabas). South India brings you the milder coconut versions of chicken recipes.
Eaten with rice bread called Apams or Idlis or Dosae they can be quite light and at the same time sumptuous. The secret recipes my mom used to make, still remain the all-time favorites for me. I guess a lot of love did the trick. I guess it always does.
And so you have it: Today’s astounding easy chicken recipes…Always remember that anything that contains love in it is the best irrespective of the ingredients.
